On the 16th October 2014 my stepfather Al passed away. On the recommendation of a friend (who used the service for their mother) we called Reflections.
John & Deb we’re very caring and compassionate giving good advise along the way.
Fast forward to January this year my mum passed away and without a moment’s hesitation we called upon the services of Reflections once again.
They did not disappoint!
The same personal caring service.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything went smoothly as expected and the MC was fantastic.
(Sorry, I can’t remember his name)
I would highly recommend Reflections for as when I look back (it’s now September) I am so grateful that a very stressful and emotional experience was made easier by this excellent company
A big thank you to John and the team at Reflections Funerals for the compassion and empathy that was shown to our late father Peter. The service went like clockwork. We greatly appreciate the respect that was shown to our family before, during and after the service. The whole team at Reflections Funerals are professional and extremely respectful. Many thanks for your kindness, timely suggestions and going the extra mile for our family.
Kind Regards
Jules
I would like to say a massive thank you to John, Sue and the team at Reflections Funerals for going above and beyond in organising my mothers funeral. It was a difficult time for our family and to have their guidance and support was definitely appreciated. I would highly recommend the team at Reflections Funerals Penrith.

My brother committed suicide. John was with me before the police arrived. John was so kind & thoughtful & assisted me at every turn as church services were not available. My heart broken. my dear Brian then passed away. The family were horrendous and again John's compassion thoughtfulness was just perfect. I will always trust John & my own family are forever grateful. Thank you so much for your loveliness. I have recommended john to others & they felt the same as myself.
The funeral arrangements for my dear mother, were recently undertaken by Reflections Funerals in July 2020. My dealings with Reflections were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and the event went smoothly. They handled everything from the start providing an end to end service. I would recommend this group to anyone. They are experienced and professional.
Sincerely, Terry
What a shambles of a funeral for my mother. No family member was approached to add input into the eulogy. So many things wrong. My grand mothers name was wrong, had the accident that my brother died in wrong. My mother only ever wanted 1 red rose on her coffin, there had to be 2 dozen of them. Apparently my mother had no other family apart from myself and my brother as they were not mentioned. Totally disappointed.
I would like to thank John, Debbie and rest of team at Reflections Funerals Penrith for taking care of my mother, Grace R. We fulfilled mums wishes in a no view, no service cremation. John took care of everything from the day we walked into the Office, to the day we picked up mum in an elegant, high quality polished wooden urn with name plaque with breathtaking quality, literally. John was honest, friendly, compassionate, no rush, with a hassle free, piece of mind, process. And most importantly, “the price was right”. The service quality surpassed expectation of what was paid.
Once again, thank you so much for taking care of us and our mother during this moment in time. Mum would have been very happy on how smoothly everything went. What more can I say.
John and his team were so gracious and kind when we lost our Uncle. It was a hard time, with a few issues due to a complex family dynamic. Nothing was too much trouble for John, he was patient, respectful, informative and his experience proved to be invaluable. Could not recommend Reflections enough, they made sure that our Uncle got the dignified send off he deserved. Thankyou again John for being there for our family during such a sad time.
