The service at penrose is exceptional, it was a horrid day for weather, and the guys handled it with such composer keeping it a beautiful service. Thankyou again. The support and service was above and beyond.

With the sudden loss of our dear Mother and wife to Dad of some 63 years, the assistance, empathy and dignity that Penrose Funerals provided to our family was just simply superb. The preparation for, and during the service and subsequent internment made our hardest and vulnerable time so much easier to cope with. Karen and staff provided so many personal touches and that touch of class that shows a level of professionalism that has been greatly appreciated by the family. Thank you Karen and Team.

At one of the hardest times of our lives, dealing with the lost of our mother Shirley Irene Blanche Verde.. and My father loosing his wife of 56yrs.. We were so heartbroken..
We are so happy that we chose Penrose Funerals, who were so wonderful, showing us so much compassion and care.
Karen and The staff at Penrose, your professionalism and compassion was incredible and so appreciated at this difficult time,.
We were able to give my mum the farewell she deserved and a beautiful, personal and very moving service. So much thanks to Karen, who was so lovely and took so much time and care with us and our mother, who looked so beautiful and at peace..

Karen organised our Mother's funeral in August 2015. We were extremely happy with how Karen had organised it all in this difficult situation. Recently my Father arranged his prepaid funeral- he was so relieved and happy that this was completed, and the lovely service he received from Karen.

The family of Barry Holland would like to thank Karen and Don of Penrose Funerals for the caring and compassionate manner in which they helped us in our time of need. At a time like this, when it is difficult to focus on the process of organising the burial of a loved one, the staff's presence and guidance was paramount in allowing Barry to receive a funeral that reflected his dignity. The Holland family felt privileged to know that this special day was left in capable hands. Your attention to detail was appreciated, handling the large number of attendees, providing water and ensuring that all the guests were comfortable. Our grieving process was treated with empathy and compassion. It was touching to see the importance you placed on caring for Barry, ensuring that in his final resting place we would know he had been cared for.

As we were from interstate, local friends of my late uncle helped organize the funeral. We were so pleased with the choice of Penrose Funerals, as every detail had been taken care of and everything was done with dignity, compassion and warmth. Karen and Don Blue were a pleasure to deal with, and had a great rapport with all involved. I would highly recommend Penrose Funerals.

Our wonderful mother past away recently-Karen and Don at Penrose Funerals were absolutely fantastic ,they made this difficult process as easy as possible. Their staff were very professional and no request was too difficult. They handled everything from transporting our beautiful mother from Sydney to Young, to organising the funeral,venue,catering,cremation and plaques. I would like to thank Karen and her team as this would have been so much harder without their dedication and I would highly recommend them.
