We have used Red Truck for long distance removals several times over the past two years. We cannot fault this business. The owners, the office staff and the removalists are all extremely helpful and thoroughly dedicated to great customer service. Everything is very professionally done; the drivers, packers and delivery people are always on time and the communication across the moving experience is excellent. The prices are very reasonable as well.

We used Red Truck in August to move us from Western Sydney to North Qld. Amazing from start to finish. The owner came out and did our personalised quote which was very reasonable, so much so we didn’t even bother with anyone else. The customer service staff were always on hand to answer my questions, reassured us of the process and supported us every step of the way. On the day the 3 men who loaded were fantastic. They went out of their way to call and arrange for wardrobe boxes to be brought over immediately when realising they hadn’t been put on the truck. Fast, efficient and precise to the very last box. Then on the other end, exactly the same service. Everything arrived exactly as packed, nothing damaged at all. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a removals service. Hats off to Red Truck.

Red Truck are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. The team were excellent and did a great job moving us from Sydney to Mudgee. Everyone we dealt with were helpful, professional and efficient. Red Truck stored all of our furniture securely in their warehouse for a few days which gave us peace of mind and made moving day so much easier.

Moving interstate is not for the faint hearted. Handing over all our precious belongings accumulated over 38 years of living in Sydney to a removal company is a bit scary. Manny came to the house, advised and prepared a quote which we were delighted to accept. He was also one of the removalists who was there on moving day, delivering exactly what he promised at two separate pickup locations. The Operations team communicated well at each stage. Watching the neatly stacked Red Truck boxes accumulate in our house during the packing period was very motivating and made us feel organised. We put our filled-to-the-brim container into storage for a couple of weeks, before it was delivered to our home in Tamborine Mountain. The move-in was done with the same professionalism and friendly service. 5 stars for sure.

What an amazing company. We had a very big move on a very wet day and all went very smoothly. ALL at Red Truck from the quote, in the office, to the guys on the day and the follow up were fabulous. We would be very happy to use them again and suggest to others. This is a very overdue thank you but one that is whole heartedly meant.

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Trish and her team at Red Truck for all of their assistance during our move. The men who arrived to do our move were prompt, professional and courteous; they took the time to introduce themselves to us and explain the process of the move from start to finish. These guys went above and beyond to ensure that our move went as effortless as possible, even so far as to introduce themselves to our neighbours, asking permission to park outside their property and apologising in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Red Truck were highly recommended to me by my selling real estate agent as an outfit that had done faultless work for several of her clients. I was not disappointed. From Dave's initial visit and comprehensive quote to the early supply of material to assist my packing process, to pickup and delivery to my new premises, everything went to plan. I also took advantage of their option to wrap and pack fragiles and other breakables. The care and thoroughness of Manny and Alistair was evident and their professionalism shone through. Well done to the whole team. 👍

This is the second time we have used Red Truck for moving and AGAIN it was faultless!!
These guys are absolutely amazing, so professional and time efficient!!
We had a team of three on the day: Jack, Aaron and Sean and they were brilliant.
They handled all our stuff with complete care and respect – nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make our move, easy and stress free.

We have used RedTruck twice now. Dave and the team are very professional. Dave came to our house to look at the quantity of contents we had to move and then gave me some handy tips on packing boxes so that out things would be protected. On moving day the boys arrived punctually and took great care of all of our things. The move was done very efficiently. I would certainly use RedTruck again and recommend them to others.
