Very nice and clean. Wide selection of good food, and prices are good.

Amazing bakery. I was there for a wild fermentation bakery course. It was absolutely amazing. John the master baker went through the process of sourdough bread baking and explained it thoroughly. I could not recommend it any higher. Can't wait to use my own home made leaven. Thank you to John and his team at The Red Beard Bakery.

Excellent bakery and coffee. We love having breakfast here, and it's a bonus to have toilets with a baby change table on site.

Yum! Vanilla slice is THE BEST. Custard was amazing. Breads are amazing, egg and bacon tart is nice but only four stars because minimum 1/2 hr wait for food is a bit long especially with little ones. Maybe an extra staff member for weekends? But great place!

Lovely place and delicious food!! We had a sumptuous brownie and a lovely hot chocolate. The sourdough was absolutely delicious - glad we bought some to take home!

Great sourdough bread. I have had the chocolate and beetroot cake which was moist and delicious. I also tried the breakfast pie which was great too. Best bakery in town? Possibly, maybe not the bakery your looking for if you're after a stodgy meat pie, but fantastic all the same. True artisans.

Old favorite. Incredibly tasty baked goods, breads and treats. Service staff can often be busy due to the amount of people visiting on weekends, but just be patient and understanding and they will always go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Just relax, take in the incredible smells coming from the oven and fill yourself on amazing breads.

Service was average at best with the bakery extremely short staffed! Milk shake had 0 flavour (obviously cutting costs) and food took a good 30 minutes to come out. Would prefer to have a Coles brand pastry next time.

Awesome. Amazing. Incredible coffee, breads and cakes. In a month of travelling from Qld, been to many many cafe and bakeries, this is by far #1. Highly Recommend, if you enjoy the best, and enjoy the historic bakery setting. Will be back if ever this way.

Great friendly environment and perfect for a family breakfast/lunch. Food is tasteful and has a variety of food, whether you're vegan or vegetarian. However you do have to consider that the food doesn't consist of your average chicken/beef range (chicken parma) but after all, it is a cafe, and a great one it is!

    What a fantastic little bakery!
It's interesting to read other reviews that say this place is "expensive". I think a lot fail to understand that the ineffable used are organic and locally sourced. A dozen organic eggs for $8 is not pricey! Any organic loaf of bread in suburbia will cost $8+ really.
Staff were friendly, did was excellent and wholesome. Well be back! Maybe even for the workshop!
