When I first walked in to meet Mr Rattigan he made me feel at ease and assured me everything would be ok . My story was painful and complex however he quickly understood and gave me worldly advice “live your life and try and be happy while this gets sorted “
My goal was to hold onto my apartment so my daughter and I had somewhere to live . This was achieved so I couldn’t be happier.
Everyone in the office was so helpful and professional , Libby was particularly good at her job . I would not hesitate to recommend .

Graeme is an experienced and very wise family lawyer. You must trust him to guide you through the family court process and he will get you to the finish line in the least stressful way. If you don’t trust him, it will get expensive and then even more stressful. Let him navigate the course – he knows his stuff, believe me. And for the record, towards the end of my case, as the other party were so obviously drawing things out, I was advised to ‘go off the record’ – ie act for myself – how many lawyers do that?!! Lucky Libby Johanson having Graeme as her mentor. No complaints from me, plus he wears a very nice hat!

I had been going through family problems for over 8 years, during which time I attempted to engage legal help to get protection for my son. During those attempts, I lost total faith in our family legal system and also in some highly reputed family law firms in our city. It was not until one last ditch effort my partner and I approached Rattigan & Associates. I am so thankful we did this as not only did Mr Rattigan and his team re-instil my faith in the system, they were extremely supportive in helping me protect my son. They provided transparent insight into what to expect, without ever misleading to a positive outcome but through their professional conduct and practice were able to give me faith purely in their execution of their tasks leading up to trial. Once in trial, my faith was totally restored in the system witnessing Mr Rattigan and Ms Johanson in action. Mr Rattigan is well respected in the Family Court, and by seeing him fight for my son it is clear why. I can not recommend a better firm or group of people to assist through the extremely traumatic experience of a family case/matter. You must have faith in your legal counsel and Rattigan & Associates are the compassionate experts to help you in your case with confidence.
