Sanling's advice was clear and concise and her approach was professional and reassuring. She responded promptly to my initial email, telephoning me the next day. She very kindly offered her initial advice for free, which I was not expecting, but very much appreciated. Would I revert back to Sanling again? Absolutely.

SanLing has dealt with our very complicated visa application with the utmost care and complete integrity. Her obvious wealth of knowledge and experience in Immigration Law, made the process so much easier. We would highly recommend her services even if you feel your situation is difficult, complicated or hopeless. You can be confident, that you will receive well-thought out and accurate advice and service.
Me and my family highly recommend the services of SanLing in any immigration matters and would like to thank her and Lisa again for the advice, service and ultimately the positive outcome on our visa.

I had the pleasure to work with SanLing over the last 12 months and last week I got a favourable outcome. The whole experience was perfect, she's transparent, honest and makes sure that the client totally understands the situation and the recommended course of action. Not only does SanLing bring the richness of over 30 years of legal experience into the mix but also she is such a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and felt I was in "safe hands" all along the process, and I got the outcome I was hoping for. Would highly recommend SanLing and wish her all the best.

I had been with my partner just a few weeks under the 12 months required to be eligible for a partnership visa, and because of this minor detail, my partner and I risked losing the entire visa application fee and my partner being forced to return to the UK overnight, even though his whole life was here.

I am so grateful that we were referred to SanLing. Until we met her, our visa situation seemed like we had no options that would have a positive outcome.

SanLing was absolutely amazing, straightforward and gave us a clear picture of what we needed to supply to DIAC. She didn’t give us a false sense of hope, but opened our eyes to the process and what the Immigration Department is actually looking for when they assess the situation.

After following her advice and the prescribed course of action, we had an email from DIAC just a week later advising that they have decided to waive the 12-month relationship requirement in this instance and the visa has been processed to the final stages.

We are so happy and relieved. Words cannot describe how much it means to be relieved of that kind of stress and uncertainty.

I would recommend SanLing and her services to anybody who is serious about wanting to overcome their visa obstacles and is willing to work hard and follow advice given to make it happen. SanLing will put you on the right track!

Ms SanLing Chan handled my application for permanent residency two years ago in such expedient and professional manner that I got my approval within a month. How good is that? She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and had guided me throughout the entire process even though she is stationed in Perth, and me in Melbourne Victoria.

In our dealings, i have found her to be one who is very compassionate and always putting the interest of her clients first. I have since referred her to friends, and all are very satisfied with her services. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who might be considering migration to Australia.

    A big thank you!
    July 2012- Carer Visa BU836
    Dear San Ling,
After almost 3 years of stress and uncertainty, the end that has been in sight is here! After going through the Tribunal and final appeal for the Federal Minister of Immigration to intervene, it is finally over.
On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you for assisting us through this entire process, and with the aid of your legal experience and migration expertise, we were granted Class CB/Subclass 151 visas and peace of mind.
Thanks for not charging us the extra works done.

    Best regards,
    Michael, Doris and Maggie

It was when difficulties were encountered in my mother's Subclass 804 (Aged Parent-Migrant) Visa Application for permanency residency in Australia, that a friend referred me to SanLing Chan, a migration agent. I did not know SanLing prior to then.

SanLing came alongside and gave advice, researched and interacted with me on what would be the best approach to overcome those difficulties and did the pertinent submissions for my mother to the authorities.

My mother's Application was approved a few months later, despite much odds. For all that SanLing did for us, the time and efforts she had put in, she declined payment for services rendered. Not only did she refuse to name a fee for the job done, she even returned the cheque we voluntarily sent to her.

She certainly did not come across to me as a 'money-minded' person but rather as one who would put the client's interest ahead of monetary returns.
