I wanted to adopt a dog but the rude staff shooed us out. Very rude and disrespectful staff. I didn't even get to meet the dog. The dog's profile said not other dogs or cats, and we don't have any. Our neighbour has a quiet dog and we have very secure fencing. When we said that, the rude man kicked us out. We had to drive 4 hours! I would rate one but they do rescue animals. They also seem to have more intrests in money that they do for the wellbeing..

I take food or toys almost every week and they are really nice and very grateful I love doing it I’ll do it years to come. I got my cat from there she is a beautiful cat most the time. Lovely staff so nice I love them all for what they do to help the animals.

    Thank you all

We adopted our gorgeous pup Freddy from here a few years back. The whole process was great from start to finish, staff were lovely and they really seem to care about what they do. These guys deserve a big pat on the back, if we ever choose to get another pet we'll definitely do it through RSPCA again. Thanks guys!

Smooth experience adopting our beloved rescue cat named Archer ❤.. From the minute we arrived to meeting our Archer. The staff were amazing and so helpful and informative and helped us pick Archer to suit our little family. He is so playful and loves cuddles and has settled reasonably quickly Please donate so that these animals can be cared for

HORRIBLE SERVICE TODAY. If you value your time and money and your pets time and their health, do not bother coming here. Waited 50 minutes for an appointment that was supposed to start at 11.30am. Not one receptionist bothered to inform me what was happening till 50 minutes later. The vet I originally saw (Dr Hannah Donovan who is amazing) was "double booked" so I was given the option of either waiting even longer or seeing another vet in 5 mins time. I wish I didn't, as this vet seemed to rush to get my cat in the room then out as quick as possible. There was a minimal level of care for my cat or proper explanation about some of my concerns. This blase attitude may have been due to me expressing concerns about waiting 50 mins for an appt which I had pre-booked. There was no apology from any of the team members. Ridiculous. I will NOT be coming back here.

Amazing people who care about sick animals. Sometimes long wait to see the vet, however worth the wait. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS

Great vet however their phone lines are terrible. I am currently on the phone to try and adjust my car's appointment time. I began 5th in the phone queue. It has now been 45 minutes and 52 seconds and I'm still 5th in queue. I have left messages to call back in the past however they have never called me back.

I believe rspca is not a company that saves animals. I walked in with a box of kittens thinking they were going to be in a save place. The first thing the lady says to me when handing overt the kittens was "was there a reason for you to pick them up?" I responded "the mother was no where to be seen all day and if i left them outside, they would probably freeze to death". I know not to touch the kittens in case the mother is still around. So i left them where i spotted them all day as it was warm and sunny. However, there was no sight of the mother cat. She then responded "well now they have to be put to sleep because they cannot live without their mother".

That is ridiculous. Is there no other way in taking care of kittens? Ive searched online and i have found many ways to nurse kittens. Ive watched videos where a foster cat took the role of a mother for the orphan kittens. Why is it the first option to put the kittens down?

I would rather take them home myself and leave them in my care if i wasnt busy everyday. I was very upset at the fact that putting down an animal is your first restort without hestitation.

I took my cat here after she broke her ankle and they made the situation worse. They put a cast on her and she kept crying and eventually squeezed out of it. Took her back, they charged me again and put another one on. This time they put it on so tight my cat was screaming in pain all afternoon, I eventually knew something was very wrong and had to take her to a 24/7 vet hospital which cost me $250 but the cast was perfect and stayed on. My poor girl was in so much pain because they hadn't applied the cast correctly. They also made it so long that she couldn't walk at all. Just horrible. I didn't feel as though they cared and whenever I left her there I was worried. They did however offer me a refund for both casts after I made a formal complaint.
