Terrible experience. We came in on Saturday and saw two dogs we liked and asked to put the dogs on hold and the staff told us to come back the following day to adopt them. We came back the next morning and the dogs had been adopted. The staff were unhelpful and unempathetic.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Was talked down to constantly by some of the staff members, felt discouraged and uncomfortable for the duration of the visit. Was made to feel as if we were at fault for the dog misbehaving and was ushered away from him and out of the establishment, regardless of the dog being called "mischievous" and having previous behavioural issues. I would have been happy to take on the responsibilities of the dog however the lack of faith shown by the staff made me question myself. Will not be returning which is a shame because the RSPCA is supposed to be about the animals, not some rude staff members.

Got the best cat .. and they were so professional. The animals were kept in cosy nice environment and I was impressed with their system in making sure the animals went to a suitable owner.

Animals are well cared for if your after a cat they have plenty of options from kitten to senior. Animals are very well priced considering they come desexed and vaccinated.

The ladies in reception at the vet clinic, are always fantastic and friendly, the wonderful vet gave full options, and answered all questions
(i had a few) considering we spoil our dog to extreme. They are fantastic.
I also drop off food, in the shelter bins as well. Thanks
