Had tyres put on all 4 of our cars plus servicing and a roadworthy. Very thorough with their tyre and wheel research and suggested what they said were the best tyres for us and not the most ”expensive” and I’m rapt with the tyre suggestion they made. Clean waiting area with couches and tv and did our cars while we waited and also offered to drive me back to work instead of waiting which I appreciated, good old style service which is why I’m commenting as I usually don’t write reviews but on this occasion it’s a tick from me - Nicholas

Got alignment, said they would call when it was done, waited 4.5 hrs no call, so I went there and car was out front stone cold so it had been there for ages, Was late for work!
12 days later steering pulled to right under braking, had a look and both upper control arms (where they put shims for camber alignment) were almost on their last thread, had clearly not been done up Tight! Could have caused the car to crash!. Called then about it, and they denied it and said "we don't touch that on the alignment". Um yeah.. You do!!. Won't be going back.
Never had issues when it was the tire factory!response / report this review -

The right price, good service, good product. Only downside is that it is untidy. However this doesn't affect the quality of service.

Unfriendly staffi want to buy four tyres for my car guy at the front was really rude he dont know how to talk with customers this was the conversation between us

Don't ever take your car here. The staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and above all dishonest. They dinted the side of my expensive car and refused to admit that it could of been them. I only saw the dint when I got home that night and they said I should of seen it before I left but wasn't aware I had to check over the vehicle to see if they damaged it. Would never recommend this place to anyone, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. One staff member was laying on the couch sleeping in the showroom and snoring very loudly. very unprofessional.

Get told tyre cannot be repaired then to replace tyre 189. Expensive and poor advice. Took tyre too another reputable tyre repair and was fixed not a problem. No damadge to side wall.
