Went here tonight. NO ATMOSPHERE. No noise other than the pokies. Place is tired and run down. Food was average at best. Won't be back sorry :(

It is a pleasant place to have a quiet drink and although the beer choices aren't great, there is something to suit most tastes. The scenery outside the bar area is very pleasant, with kangaroos taking over when the golfers knock off.

After playing here since 1975 I won't be back as a member. The GM is arrogant at best. After delaying my return to competitive golf due to injury, I get a call from him telling me I was a security risk because I had a key to the locker room and to stop using the practice facilities owned by the Council. He did not want to know if he could lure me back only to tell me to go away. So I am.
The Members are as bad. If you aren't a part of the "gang" they play with every week they don't talk to you. They NEVER turn up to 4 ball matches.
    The bar is boring.
The food is dull. pasta and pizza.
The Administration Staff are terrible. They rarely reply to email and it took them 3 years to get my address correct.

A challenging course that does not reward ambition! As an average handicapper one should play sensibly and you will be fine; get fancy at your own peril - take your medicine if you get off piste! The greens are the best in the region. If you can play this course you will be well place to handle anything else, although there isn't really any water to worry about. One good tip I heard from an old timer is 'don't go long' which is spot on as off the back of pretty much every green is no place to be about!
