I live in the vacinity of the corner of Jells and Waverley Roads, Wheelers Hill and have been informed your company conducted a traffic assessment of this intersection. Your company has recommended traffic lights be installed at this intersection. My concern is that my suburban street will be used as a "rat run" by those motorists who do not want to be held up at that intersection. Why was I not consulted given I am a likely impacted party and have lived here for 30 + years?? Perhaps a little bit of "local knowledge" would have assisted in avoiding what is really an atrocious recommendation!!!!!
