This was my first experience of Planet Shoes. Large store with both casual and work shoes. Lots of styles and colours available. Shoes themselves were incredibly light. I didn't buy a pair because, even at the DFO, they were on the pricey side.

Went to the store over two weeks ago and had a staff member state they could order a pair of shoes from the warehouse in my size and specified color. I followed up twice and am now being told they never had the shoes available and that I can by those shoes someplace else. My biggest issue is the store has no policy to inform customers that the status of a warehouse request is no longer available. Now, I’m going to have to pay double the cost online to get the same shoes because of poor customer service.
