  See previous review. Shelby Fraser was not a guest at the Quality Hotel Bentinck which is a 4 Star Accommodation Hotel. It sounds like Shelby was at the Mac's Hotel in the Public Bar or Bistro. Two different businesses in the same building.

  They ate at Macs Hotel Bentinck so please ignore these false reviews by people who do not know where they are.
  I have called GOOGLE and told them that these entries are false. GOOGLE will not remove these incorrect entries. By not removing these FALSE reviews GOOGLE are allowing falsehoods about our Hotel to be continued to be viewed. GOOGLE are allowing falsehoods to be written on their sites. GOOGLE will not give you identies of people who you talk to AT GOOGLE. GOOGLE will not let me cancel this account. GOOGLE Australia will not take a verbal complaint in their Sydney office. They will only take complaints via email. When you call GOOGLE help line they hang up on you when you ask for some details of who they are so you can use their details in a complaint email.

  Extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Waited well over an hour and a half for our meals to arrive.
  Meals were of poor quality - The prawns served in the risotto were not cleaned and vegetables on all meals were cold and hard.
  Very disappointed with what should have been a lovely family night out.

  Very disappointed as this was highly recommended, but unfortunately I cannot pass on the recommendation as the meals took almost 2 hours to arrive at our table, with not one apology. When meals did arrive it was evident that they were rushed and slapped together, with 20 minutes in between the first meal to the table and the last to arrive, and observing others requesting refunds as meals were taking too long.

  Nice little hotel. Rooms are on the second floor with street view, while the other ones are at the back as seperst building.

  It is a nice hotel. The rooms are worth of 4 stars, however there are a couple of things that they could do better: the wi-fi system is a bit tricky so it took us time to set it up in our devices and only worked for one day (it works with codes). The breakfast time is a bit short (from 08 to 10 am). Lastly, they need to clarify which rooms have spas and which ones don't as it could be seen as false advertising. Apart from that it was really good. The location is so convenient, you can walk to all shops, beachfront,parks, botanical gardens.
