  Checked in for just a few hours (wink) and we had the most amazing room on the first floor. Large bedroom with flat screen tv, lounge with tv, kitchen with all the appliances you’d need. Big bathroom. All the toiletries you needed. Wasn’t rapt with the shower over the bath but otherwise great.
  Parking on site but the boom gate doesn’t play nicely every time so be patient.
  Staff very helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly sky.
  Close to Knox City shopping centre - walking distance.
  Will return.

  Cranky women at reception. So rude and self absorbed. My father was having a hypoglycemic attack from his diabetes, and she was trying to get to get him to move his car, as it was apparently parked in the wrong spot.
  
  Wicked wicked women. Shame shame shame.

  Whole experience was ruined by a mean & rude woman at the desk during check out. Looking at us like we were scum for being 5 minutes late. I'm not overreacting either, I enjoyed the stay otherwise (pool was freezing though).

  Would give negitive if i could. The night manager us a disrespectful rude jerk. Im not sure if the have variouse night managers but the one who is bald im not trying to attach his looks just want to inform others, is one of the rudest people ive ever had contact with. Just go somewhere else.
