Service extremely poor, parking was a massive issue. I was told parking was limited and they had only a set amount of parks so I made sure to book for the duration of our stay. Parking spaces were too small for our car which was scraped trying get out, I let staff know so we could use offsite parking still with them, this did not work out and they offered no assistance in rectifying the issue. Staff particularly sassy when these issues were brought up and very unprofessional. They should focus on customer service more and stop running this business into the ground more than they already have.

The apartment was perfect. So big. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. Great staff. Unbelievable value for money.
