  As part of Shannon’s Insurance road-side assist in Melbourne, I was told a truck within 4 hours at the latest. Now been 8 and a half hours waiting in my car. From 10am to 5.35pm and still waiting!!!! Got conflicting lying messages from Nationwide when I spoke to them through the day about the reasons I’m left all day until dark. And now my mechanic has closed for the day.
  Must be an opportunity for someone to take this business away from Nationwide towing. This is beyond a joke.

  absolute disgrace, 6pm no restrictions of parking I park my car at 5.50pm to walk out at 6pm to find a greedy hungry toe truck driver taking my car, as I approached the driver he was apologising, how comical it's your full time job spare me you perphetek sorry, however I get charged 360 dollars for the driver to take my car to the next street and set it free.
  Australia what a great country 👏
  nationwide keep stealing money from hard working Australians that are trying to recover from the last 2 years. clap 👏

  Hamish of Nationwide Towing & Transport did a fantastic job to tow our car from the garage. It was a complex and laborious process given the location and size of the garage, and Hamish patiently, safely and effectively managed to do it all by himself. On top of that, he was pleasant, and kept us fully in the loop of what he had to do. Can not recommend him enough!

  They have always been good for me , People who have a cry here in relation to their cars being parked in a clear way and then towed away , Read the signs where you park and take some responsibility in avoiding getting your car towed away and impounded . Its not rocket science , Its just common sense. Nationwide are just doing what they are told by the relevant councils no need to jump on here and slander them maybe take your complaint to the council responsible. Not the towing company.

  For those who complaint about their service punctuality, I think your watch might need a battery change. They always line up and wait at Clear Way sign 10min before the time, never late.
  
  Yes, drivers who break the law deserve to learn a lesson but not every drivers park at clear way with “risk it” spirit. Some of them might be new in town or get confused by the sign and didn’t even know they parked on the clear way. Tow it away without leaving any notes or cards?? I believe police received tons of calls reporting car being stolen everyday.
  
  If you are trying to conduct good public service for the council, do it the right way. Because from what we all witnessed or experienced, your company only care about how many cars your truck drivers harvest everyday.
  
  Also, make sure you train your truck drivers how to treat people with respect. They might be proud of their job (making people life miserable especially during current pandemic) but it doesn’t mean they can insult someone when they have others’ car towed.
  
  Of course, is your right to ignore our reviews or you can simply copy & paste your previous reply to here like what you have been doing :D

  A lot of people seem to be angry at their own parking and are blaming nationwide. What i experienced was a very apologetic, polite driver.

  Don't park illegally and you won't get your car towed. Not the company's fault that you broke the law.
