Visited recently and enjoyed drinks and the Tapastry Menu in Cocos Restaurant. The service was very attentive and the food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to everyone! The lobby was beautiful with Christmas decorations all around :-)

Best I have stayed at for a long time staff all welcoming. Room on high floor had great view over Cairns harbour. Restaurant good. Great Cocktails. Will stay again and longer next time.

Enjoyable stay, appreciated the early check-in and late checkout. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Friendly staff. Good location in the city centre. Would recommend for a business or leisure trip to Cairns.

Stayed her for two weeks in October / November as part of the Scotland squad for the Rugby League World Cup.
The hotel was first class and the food was excellent.
Rooms were large spacious snd comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more.
Now the staff. I have been fortunate to have travelled extensiveley and the staff at this hotel were probably the best I have ever encountered. Nothing was too much.
Special mention to Katie on reception and the guys on Concierge.
As a team cant thank you enough.

A fantastic place to stay in Cairns. Customer service is fantastic and the rooms were immaculate. 24hr gym is also a bonus for those that are travelling.

We had stayed there for 7 nights, first room was with very musty smell the moment we walked into the room, we can even see mold on the roof, it effected my sleep, hence I requested room change. The second room we got, the smell was less, however the air conditioner was so loud, and no much adjustments can be made to it - can’t even switch it down/off, it’s way too cold and dusty, and the vent blew air directly onto my bed where my head was, it got me sick after few days.
Lastly, the wall was so thin, people next door was banging the wall, and then he came and bang my door and insulted me, it made us feel very uncomfortable.
The hotel is not 5 star rating to me.response / report this review -

With our Accor membership we were well treated and on our return visit 10 days later we were upgraded to a luxury suite. We had an amazing view over Cairns Harbour looking east and a spacious room. Location very central. Tamarin across street a special dinning experience.
Staff very professional and helpful. Allowed late checkout. Breakfast and dinner buffets fine but often crowded. Good pool but water freezing. No airport shuttle service so had to take taxis.

Attended a conference here.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Conference area is well attended with regular water refills and fresh table cloths every day.
Projector screens have good prominent position at both sides of stage.
I've noticed that Pullman is very good at responding to feedback on Google Reviews so if I can please ask you to pass this request on:
One thing that would really improve your common areas is access to rubbish bins.
Currently the only way to dispose of waste is to use the small bins in staff areas or give rubbish to a passing staff member clearing up plates and cups or leave rubbish on tables which looks untidy.
Some empty bowls were provided today for fruit scraps but things like serviettes are still difficult to get rid of.
So, in summary, is it possible to get some large rubbish bins in the ground floor common area? Thank you and look forward to your reply.response / report this review -

A stunning hotel Few minutes Walking distance from the Harbour, main shopping and restaurant streets. The restaurant serves a good selection of food that is prepared with care and they often have Live music in the bar area. Rooms were large and beds very comfortable. Gorgeous mountain and sea views from our room. Excellent spa pool. Helpful staff. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Amazing staff!! So welcoming and helpful throughout our stay!! Hotel room was amazing, very beautiful view, although there was hair stuck in the vent of the to small spa bath and few minor things throughout but cannot fault customer service. Would highly reccomend people to stay here, although i think they will need thick skin to deal with the level of service at the casino and flinders bar and grill as it was the absolute downside of staying here.

Friendly staff that make you feel welcome and like a VIP! Cosy rooms and extra comfortable beds which give you a well rested nights sleep. Beautiful and elegant entrance and interior which gives a lovely view from the restaurant and bar area.

Decent hotel for the price, compared to others in the same location. (Amazing location!) And the staff is nice and helpful. A little dated, but not overly so. Having to pay extra for both room wifi and parking, though, takes it down a couple notches.

Hotel location is very convenient, not far from the airport. Hotel service is excellent.Hotel staff Mr. Maika warmly serve us, he is very cordial and warm, give us a very good hospitality and travel information.

Fantastic location close to the airport. Beautiful large lobby with friendly staff and plenty of tables for meals, including tables for large groups. One of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had. Comfortable rooms. A lovely experience!
