Have to say I have had a couple of cars cleaned here over the years. But this latest clean left me a little underwhelmed.
I had to clean the inside of the windows myself when I got home as there were streaks and missed areas. 😔

The worst place ever. Absolutely zero for customer service. So rude. Got 2 different quote from 2 different guys for the same job. Absolute cheat. Telling I need free service , one of the worker quoted 169 and u came out like a boss to say its 350 it is just u need free or easy money.

Had my car detailed here a few times, very friendly and efficient, they seem to take great pride in their work and it shows. My car looks a million dollars when they finish.

There are a number of levels of detailing to choose from, you can even have under the car done.

Worth considering if you want a top quality job done.

I was a little bit disappointed with the result. I spent $300 on full detail and the result was average. I noticed marks inside interior and outside I noticed white buff marks from the waxing/polish. I was referred to go there by a friend who went there years ago but I think the business has maybe been taken over by new owners. The guy was supposed to come pick up my car from work (around the corner) in the morning but he totally forgotten about it, I had to ring him and when I spoke to him he sounded like he didn't even remember me. He wasn't a very friendly chap either..he needs to smile more!!!

EDIT 06/11/2013 - The manger of the business called me after he saw my review below and offered to go over the car again so the follow up customer service was good.

ORIGINAL - Had my car machine polished and waxed there last week. For a detailer, attention to detail was lacking. Polish residue everywhere, didn't clean the door and boot jambs properly, dried water marks on exterior trim. Didn't know management changed hands a month ago until after the work was done (which probably explains the lack of quality). I had the engine steam cleaned about 3 months ago when under old management and the quality of work was much better then.

Well I got my car cleaned up here back in November 2010 ! and only getting around to writing a review now, not because I wasn't impressed though!! Possibly the nicest and most helpful guy Greg is, the service was fantastic and the end result blew me away. I went with the three stage cleanup and was so glad that I did, it totally transformed my car, and helped me sell it straight away. Can definitely recommend these products and company to anyone. Top job and if I'm ever in Melbourne again I will be back !
