First visit. Went in on Wednesday evening entering the wash code for $5 off premium, paid with a $20 note but machine only refunded me with $2 instead of $4. Combed through with my fingers to ensure I took every change and there was nothing else. Doesn't help that the help button on the screen does nothing after payment except for a repeated video of a lady talking on screen with no sound at all, and the only staff busy washing down cars couldn't assist me with my issue either as it was past the payment machine. Wash was satisfactory, but the lack of options for such disputes on the spot with cars waiting behind was incredibly frustrating.

The staff here are always amazing and the service never fails to leave my car spotless! All the staff here will always ensure you leave a happy customer and will do whatever to help out. Had a great experience over the weekend with the manager, Seri, going above and beyond when I locked my keys in the car. He was more than happy to help out and drive me home to get the spare set. Amazing staff and always very helpful!

Legit only 3min in and out and you get like 90% of the cleaning done. You can spot clean your car a bit if you're looking for that perfection. It also good if you want to take your time vacuuming as that's free for the customers. Much better value than hand car wash.

Best carwash in town!
Our whole family washes our cars here, so simple and efficient to use. Staff are very friendly even helped out when my car broke down. The bristles don’t scratch the paint on your car and the lasting top coat even keeps your car clean after it rains.

Yoooo, honestly this is the best car wash ever in Melbourne in my opinion , very very good cleaning stuff. I washed my car with the premium 20 price and it’s absolutely worth it.
The guy which I asked for his name is Bevin was an absolute amazing guy with a friendly attitude and smiley face, he walked me through all the steps before entering my car to the machine.
Will definitely come back, the best thing is that this thing is almost close to my house.

When it first opened, it was a 5 star wash to me. But either bugs (and their poop) have evolved over the several years to become harder to clean off, or the machine just ain't as good as it was, cos there's always always quite a few bugs left behind post-wash.
Still it's the best auto wash I know of. Car ends up shinier than any carpark wash job (even if the latter gets rid of more bugs due to a human looking over it).response / report this review -

LOVE this place. Drive on in and in 3 minutes you have a sparkly clean car and then you have as long as you desire to vacuum the inside. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Often come to wash my car and generally happy - however, came past tonight and the machine to pay by card was not working. The service staff did not provide any support or solution.. very disappointed as the only response I got from the staff member was to ask if I had cash (which I did not) and then just shrugged! Very disappointed and will think about whether I'll be coming back.

As a guy who loves his car, the visit made me ecstatic to see my baby come out shining and waxed (the tyre rims were gleaming!). Personally I feel the wax is stronger than what you get at your local hand wash and lasts longer. Highly recommend to try it once, and you will go again.

GREAT carwash, staff are always friendly and eager to help out when needed. My Jeep always comes out sparkling and as good as new, gone are the days of getting a bucket, ladder and giving up 2 hours of my life to clean it.
IN and OUT in 3minutes and then all the time in the world to vacuum. I usually go during off peak times and have never ever been rushed to leave. THANKS guys!response / report this review -

The ease of this wash is worth the money. I was a little nervous as I've only used touch free washes previously but the cloths look soft so they protect my paintwork. And you get free use of the vacuum which is wonderful as I do the whole car. Can't wait for my car to get dirty again!

The owner, Ali, is a personable manager and has strong focus on customers. The facility is of great quality and did great job on my car. That was my first auto car-wash and overall was a great and fun experience! I'd recommend it

Great Car Wash with Unlimited Vacuum. The layout is spacious and the actual car wash gives your car a spotless clean. Very satisfied customer and staff provide professional standard of service. Will recommend to family and friends
