Be careful, they do the work but they give their contact details on the paperwork that is submitted and therefore, bill you heaps more if the council has even a simple question to ask (that you could have answered in 1 minute), or to forward your report onto you when all is finished. Ask for your details (name, address and phone number) to be placed as the contact person on any documents that they submit on your behalf, so that you don't get a nasty surprise of an extra invoice (for 2 hours work)when you think that it is all finished.
