  From start to finish, the team at National Property Advisory provided outstanding service. Aydin was our primary point of contact throughout the process, and he did an exceptional job of keeping my wife and I informed every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to our inquiries and provided us with regular updates on the progress of our property purchase & setting up the SMSF.
  
  In addition to Aydin's excellent communication skills, he demonstrated a high level of expertise in his field. He was able to answer all of our questions and provide valuable insights into the property market. We felt confident in his guidance and recommendations, and we ultimately ended up with an excellent property that met all of our needs.

  My experience with National Property Advisory was excellent from start to finish. I was initially impressed with the professionalism of the company and the way they communicated with me throughout the process. The team at National Property Advisory was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in answering all of my questions.
  
  Aydin, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and was able to recommend properties that were a great fit for me. He was always available to answer my questions and was very patient in explaining the different aspects of the property market.
  
  What I appreciated most about Aydin was his attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of. He was proactive in following up with other parties involved in the transaction, such as legal and mortgage brokers, to make sure that everything was on track and that I was kept informed at every step.

  Brooke has been doing some really great work with our properties. The most important thing for us, is that we get a good tenant, in a short period of time. Brooke is achieving this consistently. We also really appreciate the time and effort that Brooke put in during the December/January holiday period. Above and beyond.

  Be aware that if you rent a property managed by these people that the property manager might immediately put in a request to the RTA for a huge amount of your bond. In my granddaughter’s case it was “guessed” that a cleaner might cost $750 and “estimated” that a couple of marks on one carpet was worth $750. The invoice received (via an email from NPA) from the “cleaner” had the NPA logo on it and the business’s ABN wasn’t registered until four days after the property was cleaned. The invoice had no business address or contact details or even a way to pay. The excessive bond claim was disputed (successfully) despite the suggestion that by just accepting the $1,500 deduction references wouldn’t be affected. NPAs office address sounds prestigious however the entire building is a rent a desk / room place.
