I joined a shared lease a few months ago and went to the Professionals Edge Hill simply to get myself added onto the bond and lease paperwork. Due to no fault of my own and an issue with the previous tenant I was verbally assaulted and threatened by their agent Adriana. She kept trying to blame me for decisions made by previous tenants and told me I was being a total nuisance. I hate to point out it is her JOB to deal with tenant disputes (which weren't even mine!) all I wanted to do was get myself added to a lease! Her customer service is truly so appalling and she has zero patience or understanding of people. I am no longer renting through the Professionals and advise any homeowners thinking of leasing through them to reconsider as this is how they treat your tenants.

UPDATE - I have since discovered Adriana is now working at First National in Cairns Central. Just an FYI to anyone renting through them.

what an exceptionally rude agency, I would not recommend these agents to anyone.
abrupt, rude, dismissive, snappy and uneducated in real estate

Rebecca the receptionist was very rude, lost application and didnt want to help you. It was like your an inconvience to them, professionals pfft, they should rename them selves "unprofessionals" . And they want you to have three times the net wage of the rental, but you go into the professionals real estate at the beaches and they don't ask for "three times net wage etc. why is the same real estate one asking for three times net wage and the other isn't? Bit weird to me. Anyway don't use professional at edge hill if you can help it

I am extremely disappointed with Professionals Edge Hill. I am a tentant and would like to warn people about the bad service that I have encounted with "Professionals". I ALWAYS find it difficult to contact their office and never receive return phone calls. I regularly find the agents to be rude and unhelpful. I know this is only one review, but to me .. one bad review is enough warning. If you can help it, go with a different real estate!
