Anonymous review for personal reasons. No communication whatsoever towards myself in vacating. Carol did not speak politely at all to me and so left angry 😡 after speaking with her. Lovely ladys otherwise behind the counter and Jacinta is very understanding. Won't be going through that again anytime soon or until someone else who is more understanding can communicate with me properly.

Could not ask for better service, attention to detail and knowledge of the industry and the area. Better Agents than I ever experienced in other cities I've had properties, including Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

This firm rented my house to a drug dealer after accepting a default payment letter as his proof of address and anconformation of employment from a mobile. Cost me $30,000! Did not undertake required inspections did nothing to resolve the issues took no responsibility

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ignored multiple emails, phone calls and requests for repairs. Very disorganised and sometimes just downright rude.
