John from Pro Carpet was great, he was a little early but called to say he was on his way so was very happy. He was quick and efficient and the carpets looked great afterwards. Dry within an hour and smelled very fresh. Thank you!

Did a great job on some very old and ugly carpet. Got rid of a lot of ugly stains. Good value, good service. My only gripe, hence the 4 stars, was that the operator steam cleaned a large rug, but didn't move it and clean under the rug, which left an obvious outline and different coloured carpet. Next time, don't be lazy, and move the rug. Apart from that, I am happy with this company.

First company I rang wanted to surcharge me forty dollars for having stairs. So I rang PRO Bernadette sorted me out with an appointment. Ethan turned up right on time, Professional, courteous and quick. Had the job done in no time at all. This was the final task on my end of winter deep clean carpets came up really nicely. Very clean, soft to walk on. Top job. Definitely using this business again.

Very professional, easy to use service. Booked for next day and a specialist arrived on time and did an excellent job. All dog and cat hair got removed from the carpets. Will definitely use them again next year.
