Had my cream leather lounge suit cleaned, it looks like new. Great service and knowledgeable technician.

Paid for a urine cleaning treatment. The rug had a nice smell for a few days but I guess they only used deodorant and not proper chemicals for urine treatment as the urine smell came back after just 2 or 3 days. Contacted them and they never called, after weeks they replied my email saying they will send someone to collect the rug and even asked my availability but they never showed up or call or replied to any of my emails again.

Who Who parked in my neighbours driveway with their van pointing to my property then they fired up a big diesel generator that produces a 100DB noise level and carbon dioxide pollutants. Hey WHO WHO - get some sense of community. Park facing the street and beware of noise disturbance to your own customers and their neighbours.

This has been the worst experience I have had in a long while. It started with the lack of reliability to pick up and deliver my rug at agreed upon time. And now to have received my rug which has been ruined, the pile has shrunk and it smells creating a horrid odour in my house. I had no idea of how careless your process was to throw a wool rug in a machine! I’m incredibly annoyed and now have the cost to source a new rug. I will never use your company again.
