I had booked them in to do a carpet cleaning in the afternoon. I called the day previously to confirm but at the time of the booking they did not show up. When I called to ask about it, they said there was no booking. We rescheduled for 7am the next day, where they were 50 minutes late. When the cleaner did eventually show up, he was quite rude and very unprofessional. Perhaps this could have all been semi forgiven if I had been impressed with the clean. When I came back after work I couldn't tell the difference in the carpets. Look elsewhere for your carpet cleaning - this was a headache and a huge waste of my time.

Would definitely recommend. Everything was easy. From booking to the technicians arrival. Service was quick and friendly and carpet technician even arrived a bit early and was very polite. Upon completion, carpet technician showed me what had been done and at first glance it was amazing.. removed all the stains i have paid 100’s of dollars to other company to lift up the stains .. so professional and highly recommend..i will rebook again after 2-3 months..

Truly rattled by the terrible experience I had with this company. First, they didn't show up to the job I had booked and didn't inform me they couldn't make it until I called them. Booked to the next day, which meant I had to organise and pay for an extra day of electricity to the property and keys had to be collected from the real estate. I gave all details about the keys, real estate company and where to park/where the entrance was. They called the next day wondering where to park and where I was because they forgot to pick up the keys, nor could they remember any of the details I gave the day before. Blamed me for not picking up their calls immediately when they couldn't remember anything - I was at work and that wouldn't have been an issue if they had come the day before. Proceeded to swear over the phone out of frustration despite all the issues being their own fault.
Update: Now they have started sending texts saying that I'm a liar since I posted this review. He's accusing me of not telling them about the stairs and saying there are over 40. As you can see in the pic, I have 13 stairs and their website says they can do up to 30 so I didn't think this would be an issue. Do not trust these people with your mobile number! Really impressive service. I changed what I needed done several times and this company very accomodating. Excellent communication, did an amazing job and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend

Had our yearly carpet clean from this company. They actually arrived earlier than we expected. Good thing we vacuum the night before! 😅 We are very happy with the service and the price is affordable! Nice technician and definately will book them again next year!
