RIP OFF!!
Went to pay and got charged $18 for a 7min undercut (a simple #1 shave at the underneath of my hair/nape of neck- just a simple shave over the existing undercut).
$10 ok, $15 pushing it, but I was charged $18!!! Really?? I questioned this nicely and she confirmed. 😤😤
The lady manager/boss is an absolute opportunist and ruins new customers experience/ repeat business!! Be careful they'll overcharge for whatever they can 😡😡
I did have a lovely wash by a sweet young girl with a fab scalp massage, as well as the shave but another lovely lady willing to assist.response / report this review -

An absolutely terrible experience! I went in for a hair colour - all over black. Nothing that complicated (or so I thought). I figured I’d use professionals for the convenience and avoiding the mess of a home colour. I paid $100 for the inconvenience of having my clothing ruined and getting more hair colour on myself, than I ever have done when colouring my hair at home. They managed to get colour all over my face (including it running down my cheek and onto my jaw and under my chin), ears, neck, hands and even a spot on my toe! The colour ruined my French gel nails, after getting it on my hands, which occurred because there was way too much on my head and it was dripping off onto my cape. The colour was literally dripping off my head, running down my face, and dripping onto the cape in copious amounts - on both sides of my head. It seeped through the cape and ruined my clothing underneath. When rinsing, they got water down my top and told me they’d run out of towels, so this is why they hadn’t wiped the colour off my cape earlier and they couldn’t properly dry my hair off after rinsing the colour (although they did subsequently do so with a hairdryer). A senior and junior worked on my hair and it was a terrible effort, but I accept that the black colour did its job on my hair - if only they could have kept it there, rather than all over me and my clothing. The owner didn’t offer me any discount, despite ruining my clothing, until I asked. I was then given $10 off, as well as some products. She said “the girls said sorry and we gave you products - what else do you want?” Absolutely terrible service in dealing with a mess and having ruined my clothing. A lot more care needs to be taken, especially when working with black hair colour. I’d never dream of returning here and would not recommend anyone ever going here. Be very careful if you are considering this salon. They will charge high prices and give you substandard service with little customer service in the event of any error or fault by them. Most disappointing. Considerable improvement is required for this salon.

I had a balayage done by Alex and she is amazing at her job. She took great care of my hair and my hair look the best it has ever been. A big thank you to the team and highly recommended Alex.

In term of selling item probably okay or not.
Unfortunately when come down to hair colour, even I'm just asking with the price wow, The Manager that was sitting down getting her hair being spoilt and done by her staff just try to scam me with the money.
The way she answer, she probably thinking young style boy with short hair ( top hair is 1cm height and faded right, left and the back) instead of 38 years old could be manipulated by her cranky facial expressions. I asked how much the price for burgundy colour since my hair is dark blonde on top and natural asian black on side. The staff answered is just $65 for everything ( which i assumed they professionally acknowledge). Double confirming is there any bleach since it will need a bleach to ripped of the dark blonde before you put any colour. ( My sister is usually colouring my hair - ex hair dresser for 5 years) but she away for holiday. I can see the staff wheb she try to answer she has to ask the scary manager while sitting on chair like she doing Spa And Retreat in The Westin Hotel that valued as $1K.
From the way her answer from her chair of game of throne and evaluate my short hair from far, the manager answered is cost $185!! What is she thinking of me? School boy just finished school, supposedly fetched by guardian but sneaked out to the Mall just to get the hair colour done??
I've just left the reception with saying, no thanks and i did go to check the price with RedZ Hair Saloon ( one time bleach and put colour, is just cost $60.50 and will be required redo again if the colour burgundy is still not emerged yet but less than $100) and Saloon Express just $67 for bleach and colour (which i used Thier service 3 times different time and branch but for same services.
Msg to this company.
- if you hire Manager - make sure they has an attitude and professional skills besides fair enough of knowledge on their job.
- if you have Employee Assistant Program, spend your time sending HR or counselling to check your staff working there whether they have a good time to work with this type of regime manager. I'm not sure, but i could see the comment here by other reviewers some staff being scolded in front of customer because of wrong or different price given from manager perspective.
- If the salary package for this manager is too monotonous, increas her commission to make her happy.
I used to be retail manager for telco, but don't see this type facials expression or unwelcome gestures manager who i believe try to scam people's money without second thinking what consumer capable of if the thing is not right.
- Just study how people make business especially from your own competitors in the same ground floor at Innaloo Shopping Centre for same type of service. My natural hair colour is black. I'm not requesting Grey which need two or three type of bleach before being blending with Burgundy Colour. Why $185? This is because the rental for this premises is higher than Redz and Saloon Express which same floor and lot size?response / report this review -

Have been attending here for about 6 years now and the.team have been nothing but polite, super-friendly, professional and very helpful.
I dropped my usual choice of salon ( sorry, Maurice!!) as this salon is local to where I now reside and
I find incredibly good value for money.
