  I am leaving this review mainly to echo the sentiments of some of the other reviews here.
  
  LCA in the CBD is centrally located, and is tidy and clean, but, more importantly, there is one person there who deserves more credit than anyone or anything else.
  
  Rhonda is a kind spirited person, who is fantastic at her job and takes pride in what she can do.
  
  She is the kind of lady who you can have a friendly little chat with about pretty much anything; while safely knowing she will laser off any pesky or unwanted hairs!
  
  In my experience of almost four years of 29 laser hair removal sessions: there are some laser clinicians who skip large parts of the target area or intentionally keep the laser level exceptionally low even after many sessions.
  
  Rhonda, on the other hand, targets the areas extremely effectively and is not afraid to keep the laser level moderate to high.
  
  She has the kindness, experience and customer service know-how to be worth every penny you spend at LCA.
  
  I hope my little review will help encourage anyone reading these reviews to see Rhonda specifically, before making any further decisions on laser hair removal.
  
  You won't regret it. 🌼
  
  P.S I would also like to give a brief mention to Jessie as well.
  
  She doesn't work at LCA anymore, (i think she became a teacher!), but she was like Rhonda insomuch she was kind and experienced.
  
  She was the first person i saw for laser and i just wanted to thank her for all her help with my initial laser sessions.
  
  I truly hope the best for her in her future. :)

  I’ve been to the CBD clinic a few times already for laser but today I had the lovely Anna for my session today, she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! She was so well educated about laser and skin in general, and taught me so much about my skin and products that I didn’t know about. Definitely recommend her to anyone that goes to this clinic!!

  This clinic used to be amazing under old management and actually care about client results, but since change the clinic only care about bringing you back to pay for as many sessions as possible, rather than treating the area at appropriate strength to get results. After 4 years of treating the area with laser, I knew it was time to leave after the manager told me it was time to start coming in every 4 weeks again. All about money, never about client care. Since I have gone to Silk and am blown away with their care for results

  I attended the clinic most recently on 26th of January and i just have to say I’m always blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise in the clinic. The staff are extremely inviting and knowledgeable and this made me feel incredibly comfortable having my treatment done.
  The manager Sharon always welcomes me when i enter and caters to any needs i may have and the girls are all so lovely.
  I have been recommending the clinic everywhere for their fantastic prices and immaculate service.

  I looked long and hard at these reviews before deciding where to get laser treatment. The first time I came in, before even asking for my name, the girl started lecturing me about my melasma (brown patches on my face, which of course make me very self-conscious). I felt horrible. My whole evaluation session was spent talking about that instead of providing instructions for the treatment I was actually undertaking (underarm laser hair removal). The aftercare instructions were confusing and unclear. After 10 sessions I had barely any results and was honestly disappointed. I now find the high score to be deceiving. They basically give people free stuff for 5 star reviews (see picture).
