  Superior to Uber in every way. I've used Premium a few times over the years and always had a great experience. We would not use any other company when we visit Melbourne

  Wonderful service. Nick was so welcoming and patient in waiting for us and our luggage when we arrived. Had a good old chat all the way into town. Like being picked up by a friend.
  On the way back to the airport Frank kindly stopped so that my wife could get something from the chemist.
  We also changed our pick-up time due to the bad weather which Peter was happy to do for us.
  Just good old fashioned friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone travelling to Melbourne. We will be using them again on our next trip in December for sure. Thanks again guys

  When you book a service, Premium Taxis always exceed expectations. I just cannot fault anything they do. It's a pleasure using their services and I would highly recommend to anyone.

  Used Premium taxis twice on a return trip and the service was amazing. The cars were clean , the 2 guys I had were prompt and friendly. This is a great service that I will be using again.

  Highly recommended.
  In Melbourne - Domestic Airport to Hawthorn.
  Our driver was professional, courteous, helpful and amiable. He was on time and the vehicle was spotless.
  Competitively priced.
  Will definitely use again based on our positive experience.
