I've attended a few funeral services here before and it has always been pleasant. Only recently had I been required to assist a family friend to personally arrange everything with the funeral director (from collecting the deceased body to the final cremation). I had no clue, but Julian and Karen (new staff member that also speaks Vietnamese) led us through the whole process in a very kind, stress-free and accommodating way. They worked really well with the family and accommodating to many religious ceremonies and even with the Vietnamese culture. They are definitely a gift to the surrounding community, not just Vietnamese, especially in the time of grieving and most needed by families. I highly recommended their services.

We recently lost our dear father, and Julian and the team at Premier did a masterful job in walking us through planning and conduct of a service befitting the gentle and wonderful man who passed away.
They were highly empathetic and took care of all the many small details we wouldn't have otherwise known about.
The ceremony went faultlessly, even down to the livestreaming of the event to those family members who could not be present due to COVID restrictions.
At a time when our family was hurting greatly and our world was turned upside down, Julian and his team were calm, professional and highly competent. Nobody wants to have to engage a funeral parlour, but if you do have to, Premier did an excellent job for us.response / report this review -

From my very first phone call to Premier Funerals at Oxley, the service provided by Julian and Jenny was absolutely wonderful. Everything was handled professionally and compassionately, and it really made our initial grieving process so much easier to cope with. They took care of everything and I am happy to highly recommend their services.
