Our brother was a huge Avengers fan and Newhaven went out of their way to ensure the funeral was truly a celebration of his life. There were tears and sadness but also joy for the remarkable man he was to us all. The attention to detail and all the extra touches to ensure our superhero had a real Avengers funeral were appreciated more than words can say.

Made an absolute mess of my best friends funeral! The two funeral directors were unprofessional and didn't seem to know what they were doing in the arrangement or the service, everything seemed a hassle, they stuffed up the music two times and even got his name wrong during the service.

My adult daughter took her own life. The shock of this was indescribable.
Unbeknownst to my self, my son phoned David Clayton regarding his sister's death, inquiring about the process to bring her back home. I had several phone calls from David just touching base and later, step by step, as to where my daughter was and her journey back home. He walked beside my self & my son & family respectfully, when time stood still for us.
David's respectful attitude continued through the time of the viewing and the Thanks Giving Service. There was a video link to our family who were interstate. The positive feed back from them was simple the best. They were with us and they were able to share in the pain of saying good bye.
Although our hearts were broken, we were truly encouraged to take our time in saying good bye to my precious daughter, sister, aunt & niece.
So very grateful, thank you David Clayton and administration staff.

My Precious Mother passed away recently and we held her goodbye service @ Newhaven MackayWhere do I start!! Cheryl you were so compassionate, patiemy & understanding and made the process of organising my mums send off that bit easier to deal with under the circumstances
