Our first interaction with Australian Heritage Funerals was sudden and unexpected. Our mother passed in the early hours of the morning and we were in shock. I spoke to David Jutsum on the phone and knew immediately our mother would be cared for with the utmost dignity and respect.
Our experience with the entire team that morning and over the following week was nothing short of exceptional. The detail shown at every stage ensured we had the most beautiful funeral we could have asked for.
I don’t have enough words to adequately describe how we and Mum were cared for by David, Simon, Tony and the entire team. They made what was a very sad and stressful time, as relaxed and seamless as we could have expected.

Heritage delivered the most beautiful and personal service. We couldn’t have asked for better care and dignity for Mum. It was lovely to have the same staff with you the whole journey as well. They were beyond professional and compassionate but by the end they honestly felt like family. We couldn’t recommend David and the Team and Heritage enough.

My mother passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago. We had no idea how to organise a funeral thanks to the amazing staff at Heritage it was all made so simple. We dealt manly with Angela she was so caring and made the decision making so easy. I could not recommend Heritage enough we were so impressed from start to finish. The staffs main goal was for mum to have a beautiful send off and to take the pressure off us. Our family would definitely recommend Heritage to give your loved one a respectful and memorable service. Thank you Angela. Everything was done to perfection.

David was just amazing. We made contact with Heritage Funerals prior to Dad's passing to confirm there was a prearranged funeral in place and I just knew then we would be in good hands, when the time came. David made the entire experience one that I will remember with fondness, a very special time in celebrating my Dad's life. Thanks David and to to everyone at Australian Heritage Funerals.

Judith and her team were incredibly compassionate and caring during this difficult time.
They were incredibly welcoming, respectful to my needs and informative. I knew exactly what the plan was at all times and knew I could turn to them for any questions I had.
