The Staff and website were very helpful in selecting the container we wanted to buy. All was done efficiently and without any problems. We recommend Premier Box for your next hire or purchase, as we certainly would do again.

We had a very easy transition from moving from our house to the storage unit. The company was easy to work with and tell them what we had and what storage size we needed. Simone did a awesome job with all the paperwork and the organising. Thanks heaps for everything.

You are requiring give 24 hour notice to access your container, I asked to have access twice and didn’t go to the container on one occasion because my husband had a car accident and the other time because I had to work. When I asked to have access to the container again I was reprimanded by Simone who took it upon herself to treat me like a child and ask me whether I was actually going to go to the container this time because she had arranged access before and I had not shown up. As far as I am concerned it’s non if her business, it’s my stuff, I pay and have a contract and if I cannot make it it’s non who cares? People get a little bit of what they think is authority and want to tell others what to do.

12 March 2020 - Premier box were tremendous and Sean and Simone's Customer Service was outstanding. As we have just SOLD our home we had lots to think about on storage etc both Sean and Simone handled our situation with ease. We extensively shopped around and found Premier Box catered for all our needs with Customer Service, Knowledge and above all THE GREAT PRICE.
Their Communication throughout the process was amazing, once paid the 1st Container arrived within 30 minutes. The delivery guy by the name of Terry was just outstanding he was all about SAFETY FIRST. Good on you Terry.
If you live on Brisbane Northside use PREMIER BOX you won't be disappointed, they took the whole stress away from us, with our move and their professional assistance was so great.
A huge thank you to all involved I give them 10/10.
