After 2 weeks dealing with a competitor and getting no where, I rang Precision Locksmiths with my issue and within 6 hours we had Andy come out and fix my locks in my office. Super professional and had a lovely service done by him in a timely manner and wasn't charged exorbitantly for it. Very competitive prices for Melbourne locks I must say. Thanks Andy and the team!

The team at Precision Locksmiths have conducted various services at my commercial property. They have always been thorough, courteous and reliable. After my break in early New Year's Eve they had someone on site to help secure the property. They also a conducted a site inspection with recommendations on best security solutions, some of which i had no idea existed. They have installed security locks on all door locks, security bolts in the roller doors and also installed a safe. I couldn't be more impressed and happy with their service, quality and conduct. I would happily recommend them for any future work.

I lost a bunch of keys sometime in December. On the ring was the key to my "Christmas cupboard". I had the decorations out and up, but still had bonbons, serviettes etc locked up.
I googled locksmiths in South Melbourne/St Kilda area and got very lucky on the first number I rang.
Cheryl from Precision Locksmiths answered and said they could cut a key if I had the number from the lock barrel. I went and found that and she said she would get it cut and put in an express envelope that day.
All this happened mid afternoon on the 21/12. By the time I gave her a definite answer it was after 4pm but Cheryl was fabulous. She obviously got the key cut and in the mail that night as I received the key the next day. And it worked!! Many thanks Cheryl for saving my Christmas table.
I couldn't have got better service. They have my Number One Vote!! Suzie

i have never experienced this level of exceptional lock smith before. Came right on time and even tighten up the loose door for free of charge. Very genuine and honest about the work and I would highly highly recommend precision locksmiths. Huge thumbs up!

I have called on Precision Locksmiths for home door problems a number of times from 2008 to this year and have always been satisfied with the service. Each problem was fixed and the professional service began with the initial call, followed by subsequent conversations with admin staff and then interactions with the locksmith attending the problem. Each person at each stage of service provision was polite, informed and friendly. I recommend them for their expertise and professionalism.
