This is by far the best dentist that our family has been to. The entire team is so welcoming and attentive - The receptionist Lidia is lovely! I’m very anxious when at the dentist but Dr. Billy is very gentle and patient with me.

Love Dr Billy Choi! Amazing dentist! I have been going to Precision Dental for about 4 years. I never used to smile with teeth until visiting this dentist. I previously felt scared and uncomfortable at all previous dentists. I finally feel at ease going to appointments. I’ll never go anywhere else!

This was my second visit to Precision Dental. The first was about 6 months ago to get my teeth cleaned and xrays done. Both appointments went smoothly. Dr Billy is absolutely professional in the game made me feel comfort which wasn’t I remember from past dental work. The staff was pleasant and Dr Billy was gentle and considerate.

Best dentist in town.
Billy is very efficient and quick.
All staff are very kind as well as informative. They explained every part of process and the reason. Billy is my lifetime dentist from now.

I really had positive experience. I was a walk-in patient with severe toothache and with a planned overseas trip in a week' time. I was recommended to take a quick X ray, Dr Billy examined and mentioned “tooth is precious and don’t not remove”. On the same day, Dr Billy cleaned the cavity and filled/dressed the tooth which lead the way to undergo root canal treatment in overseas. It’s worth mentioning about the nurses and reception team for the professionalism. On the next day, I received the follow up call from Precision Dental reception team to see whether I have any discomfort due to the procedure and recommended me walking in if I encountered any discomfort any prior to my trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Precision Dental is the go to dental care place for me and my family in Brisbane.

Billy is excellent. Always obliging! Very rarely have any issues with his work and, if there is, it's fixed quickly. My whole family are patients.

Fantastic team. My consultation and treatment was over within 20 minutes, painlessly. I’ve been looking for a good Dentist since moving to Brisbane 10 years ago and now I have found one.

Could not recommend Billy and the lovely Rachel highly enough. I’ve never liked my teeth, avoided dentists and payed the price when I finally went somewhere. I decide I wanted to go the whole hog.give me veneers, give me perfect teeth, these were all part of my first conversation with Billy. He sat and let me tell him what I’d dreamt of, then proceeded to tell me that he could get the same result, with other procedures, that won’t cost you nearly as much. What? Shouldn’t you want to take my money? He offered me all the options, let me take some time to decide. 8 months later I am sitting here with the smile I walked in wanting.I didn’t just get the smile though. I got to know Billy and his team, they were always happy to answer questions when I had them. Rachel called the day after every appointment to see if I was feeling ok. Who offers this sort of service these days? If you have continued reading to this point, you will know that I can’t recommend Precision Dental highly enough. I travel 40 minutes from my home to see them and it was never a burden, as I knew I was always getting the best care and treatment.

Not a great fan of dentists ordinarily, I left very pleased today, and enjoyed a pizza for lunch less than an hour later! Would strongly recommend these guys to even the biggest dental phobia patients like myself.

Dr Billie is by far the most most approachable and warm hearted dentist I’ve ever encountered. So much so that I feel compelled to write my first google review to let others know how great, professional and pleasant the whole Precision Dental family are. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the friendliest smiles and such warmth from the front office staff. When you think it can’t get any better “BOOM” gentle dentistry work on top of it. 10/10 👍

Very welcoming staff. Professional and caring. Provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan, answered all my questions. Cant thank enough for being so nice and attentive to my child while I’m being treated.

Wonderful team, very friendly and answers all your questions without the feeling of being rushed. Very thorough clean and there's a hot towel to finish for comfort. 5 star treatment for a 5 star clinic indeed! I would give 6 stars if there was an option!

We travel across town to visit the dentist. We do this because of the competent professional service we receive from Billie. We are always given a warm greeting by Rachel on arrival. Visiting the dentist is an outing now. Not something to be worried about. When you need a dentist I can highly recommend Billie even if it means a trip on the train or bus to get there.
