Roma had grown up living very close to the Gender family at Beulah Park – and so when she and Rod’s paths crossed several years ago, she quickly transferred to Genders to handle her legal affairs. When I asked her why the change? She responded that going to Rod made her feel she was reconnecting with an old family friend, somebody she could trust and was extremely comfortable with. Well, it’s nearly 12 months since Roma passed away and I can honestly say, that both I and my brother are eternally grateful in mum’s wisdom. Never an easy time, Rod and Lyn have been all you could want in administering of her estate – professional but with that caring aspect now lost to many larger firms. Thank you.

Losing a loved one is difficult enough, without the added pressure of Wills /Probate / Settlements etc, but nothing is more stressful than trying to interpret the many and often complicated laws that go along with this process. As emotions are at a peak, we need to know that someone has the legal side of things well and truly under control at a time when so much else is changing. Luckily for me, I found Genders & Partners. Rod was like a breath of fresh air. He was so understanding of the delicate nature of this sad time, he was respectful and so very knowledgeable at the law and explaining it to me in words that I could understand. Sadly, we all lose someone dear to us, but with Rod in your corner, the legal side is made a whole lot easier.
