I had a wonderful time at Belle et Blanc. Donna was incredible. She gave me lots of options in the style I wanted, but also encouraged me to try some slightly different things as well. Her recommendations were spot on, and she was very creative in building different looks by suggesting veils, hairpieces and different dresses. I would definitely recommend using Donna's expertise, especially if you are a first time shopper!
The store also has a wonderful vibe. Donna and the other staff were incredible hype women, commenting on the different dresses and how they looked. Donna also worked with me on what I wanted, and was not pushy.
And on top of that, the dresses are beautiful and the staff really know their styles well.
I would definitely recommend Belle et Blanc to anyone looking for a wedding dress. And especially as a first stop for anyone just starting on finding a wedding dress - Donna and staff will look after you and give you lots of ideas and options.response / report this review -

This place is a 10/10 the wedding dresses are so beautiful so perfect. Also Liv was such an amazing help, I loved her customer service. Even though I tried on so many dresses she still had a bright smile and was happy to help with everything. For all you bride to be ladies, I really recommend coming here (:

I would like to post about my fantastic experience with the team at Belle et Blanc. The dresses there were beautiful and the level of customer service exceptional. I have been to so many bridal shops and I have to highlight my fantastic experience with Rose, the consultant looking after me. She was friendly, warm and very helpful. Rose had gone above and beyond during my fitting, providing me with a number of really useful tips as well as suggested vendors which helped to assist me with the planning of the big day. I highly recommend Belle et Blanc.

I would say I’m the type of person to do things pretty last minute and so when I started searching for my wedding dress it was in late February 22’ and my wedding was in June 22’. I know.
Belle et Blanc was the second bridal boutique I went to and tbh ngl I didn’t have high hopes coming from the first boutique. The first boutique were rude and made sure I knew that their selection of plus size gowns was minimal and I’m a size 14.
But I was wrong!
I had such an amazing experience at Belle et Blanc!
Rose ran my appointment that day and was just so kind! She even gave me tips on decently priced wedding shoes that I ended up buying!
I didn’t really know what I wanted in a dress but I told her the vibe of the wedding and she said “you pick a couple and I’ll pick one” when she showed me the one she picked I didn’t think much of it and so we tried it on first … lol it was my dress. Nothing I tried on after felt the same!
Donna was my consultant there after and was so wonderful and kind through each fitting making me feel so comfortable each time I went. She also said that it didn’t matter how many fittings I needed as long as the dress fit perfectly and that was so comforting to hear!
So I highly recommend Belle et Blanc if you’re looking for something absolutely beautiful and want an amazing wedding dress experience!!response / report this review -

I would like to thank the amazing team at Belle et Blanc, especially Donna my bridal consultant in helping me find my dream gown. It was the first dress I tried on and fell in love. From the first fitting to the last she made me feel like a real life princess and I can't thank her and the team enough for answering all my calls, emails and questions. Amazing team and service and I'm so happy I came into the store in the first place. If I could rate the store and team more than 5 stars I would. Once again thank you Donna and team for everything, what an incredible experience and I can't wait to wear my dream gown! Lots of love girls !!

I'm not really one to write google reviews but I do think it's important to share my experience and potentially spare another bride from going through what I went through.
I ordered my 'made to measure' dress in July 2019 for my wedding in March 2020. I was told my first fitting would be around mid-January 2020, but it ended up being at the end of February, less than 2 weeks before my wedding day.
At my first fitting, the dress was too big and the cut was not like the sample I had tried on and ordered. I told them I wanted it made to be like the sample I tried on, and they tried to charge me extra for it - which I refused to pay.
I went in for 2 other fittings after the first one (I had to take time off work and squeeze in the appointments in an already-hectic schedule), where they tried to fix the dress. At my 'final fitting' my mum pointed out that the dress was simply not fixable - it wasn't comfortable, it didn't fit me right and it just wasn't the dress I had ordered. Time was running out (this was 4 days before my wedding), so they let me pick an entirely new dress off the rack. The 2 stars I've given here are because the girls at Belle et Blanc were doing their best to help and I did end up having a wedding dress that looked nice and I'm lucky it all worked out in the end (even though the dress didn't fit me 100% and i was rather uncomfortable on the day). However I have to be honest and not recommend them to any bride as the stress I went through in those 2 weeks before my wedding was exhausting, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Belle et Blanc need to better manage their orders if they have more coming in than what they can handle, as it's not really acceptable to have a first fitting less than 2 weeks before the wedding, and more importantly, they need some serious quality assurance procedures in place for the dresses that are getting made.response / report this review -

I was so lucky to get my beautiful wedding dress from Belle et Blanc. Finding a dress for me was daunting and I was extremely anxious as so many others had horror stories about there dress shopping process. I was so incredibly lucky I had the wonderful Sara who made me feel so comfortable and made the whole dress process so easy for me. Sara went above and beyond for me nothing was ever too hard or difficult, she was more than happy to help me try on dress after dress, she was so kind supportive and honest through out the whole process while never being pushy and always listening to my needs. Having Sara as a consultant was more like having a close friend who even offered advice about cakes, flowers and everything else wedding related. The quality of my dress was so high the measurements were spot on and I got comments the whole night about how beautiful it was. I cannot thank the team at Belle et Blanc enough and could not recommend them more highly! The store has such a great vibe, lovely ladies who work there and is totally stress free. Thank you Sara for helping me find my dream wedding dress.

I found my dream dress at Belle et Blanc! The ladies were amazing and so friendly. They were extremely patient with me when it came to alterations. They have a large variety of dresses for all body types and styles. I highly recommend, only kind words to say!

Belle et Blanc helped make my dream come true they have the most stunning range of dresses and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The team at Belle et Blanc has made the most important decision the easiest for me. From the appointment to the fitting it was a seamless experience and didn’t stress at all because of their support and their emotional understanding of what Brides go through. Truly the loveliest team and best customer service!!!
