  Loans.com.au are easily the best lender I've ever dealt with. I won't be dealing with anyone else in future. Ray, particularly was amazingly helpful and very patient when changes were made. Would recommend to everyone.

  The best lender we have ever dealt with. From the start to settlement the process was easy, the tracking app kept us up to date, everything went like clockwork. A huge thank you to our lender Jade who was just wonderful and Mike who kept us up to date and answered our questions. Very happy with our new loan, the loan app is easy to navigate, and highly recommend loans.com.au

  I highly recommend Loans.com to talk to for a great home loan range at a very competitive interest rate. We used finder and also researched other web sites to compare what lenders were offering and they came up considerably better than their competition for what we were looking for.
  Also it was a privilege working with Dale Bolson who walked us through from the start with his product knowledge and customer care which exceeded all expectations.
  Well done and thank you to Dale, Kathryn and the team from the initial web site inquiry through to settlement that put it all together.

  I have had a chat with two people today - Melissa Marsh and Lani Nicholas in relation to my application and I received poor customer service from both of them. One of them put me on hold for a long time even when I said calling back would be best. And, she did not even know how to pull my record from the system until I suggested using the Application Id.
  
  The other one was extremely uninterested in helping me get a loan and looking for a way to reject my application. She wasn’t even keen to fully understand my circumstances. I said I would be self employed for 2 years in 4 months. When discussing about my tax returns, I said I was only self employed for couple of months during 2019- 2020 to which she suspect fully asked how can that be case given what I said in the previous statement. This is absolutely foolish and its unprofessional to talk like this to a potential customer. Anyone sensible would know that 6 months have passed since last tax return plus I have one full year self employed tax return and couple of months from the previous year tax return totaling to about 20 months which makes perfect sense to what I said earlier. She seems to have also deleted my application now - I can't find the application Id now.
  
  It’s a shame to have people like this attend to customers, wasting their time and spoiling Loans.com.au reputation. Overall, a very bad experience.

  Loan.com.au are Authentic. They really want to help the people or borrowers like us to boost our equity because of the lowest rate, offset account, discount offer and so on.
