I initially contacted Jet Team Finance not entirely sure what I wanted to do. Krystle made sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision. She answered every question I had quickly and easily. From there the process was made so easy, from arranging finance and test driving a couple of vehicles to finalising my trade in and collecting my new car. Krystle wasn't able to be there for handover but Julie and Jordan made sure everything went smoothly even with it pouring rain. Julie even made sure everything was out of the old car and put in the new car while I was checking out my new purchase. I also loved dealing with a local company. Thank you Krystle, Julie and Jordan.

Julie from the get go was absolutely amazing! I sent Julie a message asking her opinion between 2 cars we were looking at, she is so knowledgeable I felt at ease straight away.
We went to a well known dealer here in Brisbane to look at one of the cars we liked and hated everything about the dealership and the customer service there. There was no way we were going to spend our money at that place. So I contacted Julie, with in hours she had come back to me with a quote (which was 3 thousand less than the dealers lowest price they gave us!) And an estimated arrival date. Although we didn’t need finance for our car Julie still went over and beyond to get us the best deal.
We are now the proud owners of our first brand new car and there is no where else I will go to buy any more cars other than Jet. They also did our paint protection and tints all so quickly. We are so grateful to have met Julie and we will be back again definitely 😊
