Darren was great to deal with. He explained everything he inspected & showed us photos of entry points possums had been using on our roof. After setting trap inside our roof and repairing entry holes, he also kindly sealed an area inside our home that a possum had used the night before to enter our kitchen cupboard.
Highly recommend, great work.

Had a very noisy possum in our roof that i had tried to remove. They came and put in their 1 way door and now there are no elephants in our roof at night and our courtyard is no longer covered in possum poo every morning. Would recommend these guys for sure.

We used Possum Piper previously and they were great, so 2 years later we decided to reengage them as we had the same issue with a determined possum in our ceiling cavity.
The second time the service was appalling! The first appt was booked and forgotten altogether so I spent the entire day waiting around. The 2nd appt he was late but did the inspection. He provided a possible point of entry but couldn't find any evidence. He provided a very expensive solution but I was hesitant to proceed as it was in a completely different area to where I told him (several times), noises from the chimney were a more likely point of entry. The next visit he convinced my husband the front of the house was the entry point, inserted flashing and gutter barricades but the possum remained! We then had an argument about the bill even though the problem had not been resolved and he started recreating the initial conversation we had!!! Talk about rudecompletely unprofessional and still wanted to charge us without fixing the problem..unbelievable.response / report this review -

Possum Piper to the rescue! I cannot rate our experience with Possum Piper any higher as they exceeded all expectation. Due to some very defective renovation works a possum was able to enter a large 2 metre by 3 inch open in a newly installed roof.
The possum had moved into the walls of our newly built Master bedroom and en suite bathroom. Bridie from Possum Piper was very empathetic about our situation and sent out Charlie to inspect.
Not only did Charlie find where the possum had entered but he also made as aware of other parts of our roof that had not been screwed back down after the renovation! He determined all the other vulnerable access points and we was able to address this with the builder.
Not only did Charlie safely remove the possum who still walks our fence day and night but he also sealed up the large opening where the roof insulation was hanging out.
Even though the builder and his trades begrudgingly returned numerous times to address these defects, Charlies from Possum Pipers Professionalism, skills and workmanship was a much better quality than what our builder did.
Without Possum Piper we might still have a possum and we would not been aware of the extent of defective works we have to address.

After having no luck with another pest control company, coming 3 times over a course of 13 weeks, ( then saying there was nothing more they could do) I was at my wits end with disturbed sleep, having a rat in the wall cavity of my bedroom. Sleep is everything, and knowing that a rat had found a home a mere 1 metre from my bed, was upsetting to say the least.
After doing a lot of googling, convinced that there had to be someone out there who could help me, I found Possum Piper. Charley from their company was fantastic. Within a couple of days the problem was gone-hopefully not to return. He was very knowledgeable, advising all members of our strata complex how frequently to check the baits and to replace them. (we ordered baits from the company) He also found a possum entry point, installing a possum door in the roof, so it could get out, but not back in.
I highly recommend this company, which my strata complex will keep using.response / report this review -

After a year of hearing possums in between levels of house finally decided on possums piper. I was assigned Charlie a great young man very talented in finding a difficult problem with entrance points of possums and discovered rat activity. He was very helpful pointing out what needed to be done and was skilled in the building trade. It really was a relief to find someone who kn ew what they were doing. Thanks Charlie it was a pleasure to meet you and will recommend you and company to everyone. So far so good 3 days later. What a relief. Thanks again Charlie. Would give 10 out of 10.

We've had a really great experience with the team at Possum Piper - they answered my call on Saturday and they came within the right appointment time. Super friendly and they were able to locate & remove the dead animal as well! ~ Castle Hill / Sydney
