I am enjoying my new position as “assistant educator” through the amazing opportunity of a traineeship brought to me by; Affinity education

When I first started my new position (5 weeks ago and very new to childcare.) I had very little experience working with children. All I had to offer was my bright spirit & can do attitude.

Affinity is a great company to work for and offers so much support and opportunity to grow. I have studied my Diploma through the Affinity Learning Academy and the trainers help every step of the way and make it easy to seek support. The upper management really treat staff as family and i love coming to work each day to a great team of leaders and educators!

I love working for Affinity Education. They are the most supportive employee I have ever worked for. The offer internal promotion and also study opportunities through The Affinity Learning Academy. Which I am studying my Certificate III in Business. They go above and beyond to support every educator. They ensure that we are all completely connected with each other. The team spirt at Affinity is amazing and so support to set you up to succeed in everything you do. I can not recommended them highly enough.
