The bar is always over-crowded. It takes almost an hour to get in on a Saturday night and it takes 10-15 mins to get a drink at the bar. The music isn't too bad on most nights, but it depends on the DJ that's playing.

I got to the bar at about 11.30pm yesterday and we had to wait outside until 12 when we gave up and left. Now don't get me wrong I don't mind waiting, the problem was that during those 30 minutes where the line didn't move, the security guards let around 20 to 30 people into the club, who I assume they knew as none of them waited in line with the rest of us. There was no list that these people could have signed up or anything like that, as they never checked for names. People seemed to get there smile shake their hands and go straight in. At one point a girl from inside come out, got close to one of the security guards and asked if they could let her 6 friends straight in without waiting. Of course once the 6 girls arrived they entered dancing like no one else was waiting. The security guards numbers were 18493 and 72461. I will definitely take this up with their management but with the ridiculous amount of negative reviews here I think they really should work on a better system. Maybe a fair one for a change.

Will never step foot in this place, stood in line for about 20-30 minutes last night and the door man actually told me to f**k off and go elsewhere, all because I asked if he could tell me roughly how much longer we would need to wait as we were so cold. He let so many people in from a different line and I could swear he was taking money off them and making us wait. Such a terrible way to run a business, I wish I read the reviews before wasting my time.

I'm absolutely appalled at how my friends and I were treated last night because one of your door men was on a power trip!! More than 10 people left and he let nobody in and when I said awesome we get to go in now (after queueing for about 30 minutes) he said no you'll wait 5 more minutes after that comment (in the freezing cold). Following up with 'you're welcome to leave if you don't like how I run things, we don't need your f**king money, I get paid no matter what'!!!! The other door man was nice and tried to help but we decided not to go into a place where their staff treat people so badly!! I will never go back here and I would highly recommend that people go somewhere else!!!

Management is happy to tell people in line to f**k off and "we dont need your business we have so many other people here". They split up groups and let women in and leave men outside. Never spending another cent here and telling everyone to avoid this place. Disgusting.
