  Who ever was cooking the pizza here at 12:05pm 26th September 2017 should get the sack. The pizza wasn't cooked and the topping wasn't even on it properly.
  Usually this is a good pizza shop but today I basically paid $15 for dog food.

  25 minutes late ended up having to go down there after paying for delivery and all I got was a rude manager that had no apologies or even tried to give me something complementary for the stuff up. Terrible establishment and even worse staff

  Manager need some lessons in Customer Service. She was so rude when I was trying to find out where my order was, when it was 40 mins late. She told me they were too busy and hung up on me. Good bye Pizza Hut hello Dominos. Would not recommend this restaurant, and the pizza was cold

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! The customer service is disgraceful. When trying to explain to the manager the issue with the order, we were hung up on. Lots of other quality pizza places in the area, use them and not this service! BEWARE!!!

  Rudest manager i have ever spoken to on call, would NOT recommend delievery. she was yelling and arguing as to why the pizza was 40 minutes late even though i was just simply asking why it was late and when it would be here
  
  poor choice of a manager, she should definetly work on her communication skills as a "manager"

  Rudest manager I have ever encountered. Called to tell me that I entered the address wrong and driver would be at my place in one minute. Turns out it was a system error (not mine), but still, 35 minutes later there was no pizza. Contacted the store again to be told he would be there in 5 minutes. Drove down to the store to see what the mix up was, only to be abused by your idiot manager who continued to say that it was our fault and that we had told the driver that we didn't order pizza. She really did not want to refund our money either. What should have been a simple apology for the mix up, was instead 15 minutes of the manager arguing and saying it was all out fault and calling us idiots. Fantastic customer service! When I tried to demonstrate what happens when I type the address in to the website she didn't want to see, and when one of her employees tried to tell her that he had delivered to us before without any issues, her response to him was "I don't care about you". Pizza hut should be ashamed of how this manager treats not only her customers, but her employees too. Needless to say I took my money to Domino's and will definitely be taking this further!
