  Love shopping here, this place is huge - Bakery, Deli etc easy to maneuver, Perfect layout. Plenty of parking.

  Was about to buy expired choclate. When showed the expired product to the checkout counter, i was asked whether i brought the product from outside. I was helping them letting them know about expired items at their shelves and they try to scapegoat the customer. Seriously, Coles! This is you call customer service!!!!

  The new store seems great buy the 2 female staff I spoke to seemed to have an abrubt and disrespectful undertone. The checkout lady also didnt pack my bag so I had to pack it myself.
