1st Choice Rental's - In instances where the contractual obligation is not being paid & the leased item is not returned, we are within our rights to lodge theft charges with NSW Police under the Larceny by Bailee Act. 1st choice rentals are not a helpful company at all. They are in it for the financial gain of australians. Do not use this company. Share with as many people as you can.

Disgusting practices that take advantage of low income earners and rip them off with extra insurance costs "public liability costs" load of crap - making extra insurance money of a single mother who was robbed and had nothing 3 weeks before Xmas - disgusting

I will never go through these people again .!!!! they asked for bonds that we paid the driver in cash and yet never gave me a receipt. i was having financial hardship and these people wouldnt accept any thing less. i accidently paid a lump sum into their account and they will not refund me my money i spoke to Daniel Helgeson and i said to him i dont want to speak to him and if i can speak to a manager and he said there is noone there higher than him and the manager is not there he is sick., theyre phone calls are recorded and he doesnt listen he will just keep yelling over you!!!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE ABUSIVE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT UNPROFESSIONAL
