  We all the scallops but we were curious as to their perfect shape and no roe? Could it have been skate?
  Mains were enjoyable, wines delicious but dessert very disappointing - tasteless.
  Certainly did not live up to expectations.

  this place is magic. Erica as front of house is wonderful, the food was exemplary, the restaurant is beautifully fitted out and we couldn't fault the evening in any way. In fact, having travelled through the Coonawarra district, then the Barossa and eating at many different venues, this place won hands down!!!

  Unbelievable! Fine dining gem in a small town. Impeccable service, gourmet food, excellent presentation, gleaming cutlery and crockery, neat n tidy, soft music in an old world charm..must visit.

  A superb meal and excellent service. The steak was cooked to perfection, vegetables scrumptious and dessert that I will remember for a long time. The cold tomato, garlic and chive tea was a refreshing surprise. I will definitely return when I'm in Penola again. Thanks for a great dining experience 👍
