Very bad and rude customer service. Refused to take orders even come at 7:30 before 30 mins of closing time as mentioned on website and answer was someone write wrong operating hours for shop seriously its your business you need to operate your business smoothy. Phone always ring no one bother to answer customer calls. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not recommended at all and never going back.

No pricing on the shelves makes it difficult to shop.
My house owner was sold an expired product, which they returned later. However, we almost bought the same product after around 2 months. And they still had the product on their shelf to clear the stock, because there are still many buyers who do not check the expiry date before buying food products. I expected to see it immediately removed from the shelf when I told them it's expired, but that didn't happen. The lady said "Yes, it's expired", that's all!!

Friendly staff..
I could able to find the spice which I couldn't get from Woolworths for my dish. Early opening help me to save waiting for Indian shop as well,where I managed to purchase everything I want for my Indian dish.

Namaste supermarket has a wide range of Nepalese product. The staffs are really friendly and are keen to help you at any cost. The store had many services provided such as grocery products, fruits and vegetables, money transfer and a restaurant plus a dine in that goes along with it. It is a store where you can feel like home.
