We planned one small birthday party on 10th July for my son's first birthday & it was really bad experience.. Service was damn poor.. Guests waited so long for everything.. We need to clear the tables by ourselves.. Nobody bothers to attend us ..We have to chase them everytime..We ordered Gulab jamoon for dessert & after waited so long we got them & that too very cold..One of the guest told us that dessert is very cold .When we ordered two plates of chicken at the end & then again waited long we got them but the taste was horrible..Our guest was so unhappy & told us about their bad service.At the time of final booking their staff member told us that they will give us 10-15% discount but they didn't gave us.. when we want to give our feedback about their poor service , their one of the staff member didn't want to listen & accept, I nfact she started argument ..We never suggest anybody to go there & planned any special occasion.. Very very bad
