  Lovely phone receptionist. Plumber arrived on time, was polite, quick, got the job done, cleaned up perfectly and was out within under an hour. Highly recommend!

  Staff were friendly and helpful. A plumber was sent out same day and the problem resolved. The plumber took the time to explain everything and offer advice for the future. Very happy with the service

  Friendly, quick and efficient service with a guarantee. What more would you want from anyone? Hat up to anyone who will clear a blocked sewer with a smile while standing in the backflow? Money well spent and hopefully the worker receives a decent monetary appreciation. Highly recommended.

  I called Pipe Doctor to fix a situation that another plumber didn't fix (yet still he charged an exorbitant amount for!!)
  Pipe Doctor were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and got the job done without charging a fortune.

  I called them to arrange booking and they showed up the next day - on time - did the job in a very professional and timely manner. Was happy with them and used them again another time for a different problem. They also provided me with a CD after using their inspection camera. Overall, I think the charge was a fair price.

  Excellent service, great value, arrived when he said he would, came with plans of our septic system the second time, even though he hadn’t been out for around five years, so he knew exactly where everything was. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, told us what we needed to do and said he would come back again if we still had a problem. Highly recommended.
  Great customer service skills, great at his job.
