Don't use these guys. Booked an internal + external spray for $380. Spoke them prior to the job that morning to change arrangement for only external spray. After the job they still charged me $380, saying that it was my choice to not do inside and that's what was originally booked. Would not budge and were rude about it. Unbelievable

my kitchen was being invaded by Bees. I phoned Flick spoke to Rhiannon (what a professional) & arranged for a call out that day. Ray arrived (also very professional & extremely efficient went above & beyond) problem solved Bees gone. I was over the moon with the promt service from both of them & the ease in just a phone call.
I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get someone out to remove them (my first option) & couldn’t get anyone to do it. So big thank you Ray & Rhiannon & the team from Flick. Sue & Phil Holmes.

Set up a monthly plan where they were supposed to come and check termite baits they placed around our house. Something to the tune of $400 a month. They have never come and check those baits without us constantly prodding them. We gave up prodding them and decided to withhold payment until they showed up. Miraculously, they did show up. Then next month, they didn't again.

It's a never-ending cycle of pain, quite frankly. They seem to either prefer taking money for no work done, or argue about having to do the work we're paying them for. If they don't show up this month, it'll be a couple phone calls to the ACCC.
